Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, and Trauma

***Due to high enrollment and high demand we are continuing to offer this course and the next series begins November 9, 2017.***

Dissociation is a coping mechanism use to create distance from emotions and somatic symptoms. When we experience danger or injury, we learn to disconnect from ourselves in order to tolerate pain and merely survive. We can feel trapped within our body and a world of pain. This series of classes will help you to come back to you and restore vitality and Rhythmic Strength. The consistent rhythm resets flow of thought and aids self-regulation. We will do this meditation in the first few sessions: Elementary Adjustment of the Brain
